The vision of Sweetwater Town Center was to imagine a place that projected a small southern town charm through its diverse architectural design and portfolio of amenities. As part of a larger development, the town center consists of four multifamily podium structures containing 230 market rate apartments with over 60,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

A community designed for connection, it boasts a central green with a pair of market pavilions for pop up retail and a farmers market, outdoor performing arts venue, and lawn space as well as a pair of table top parking decks. Ultimately the project will have three office buildings, retail out parcels, hotel, shop space and grocer.
