Michael D. Brosnan began his career in 2007 as a file clerk and steadily advanced through the mortgage industry over the next 13 years. Along the way, he worked alongside exceptional professionals who helped shape his identity in the business. His dedication to the industry culminated in 2019 with a proud milestone—becoming a sponsor of the Women’s Council of Realtors, a recognition earned through years of expertise and relationship-building.
In 2020, Michael launched Nubuildz.com, a forward-thinking real estate platform designed to offer personalized home search experiences across Wake County and the surrounding areas. Built through a team-driven effort, Nubuildz represented not just a business venture, but the realization of a long-standing vision. His transition from the mortgage sector to focusing full-time on Nubuildz marked a turning point—one that allowed him to contribute more meaningfully across multiple facets of the real estate space.
In May 2022, Michael embraced a new leadership role as Co-Chair of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County, expanding his reach and deepening his influence in the local housing market. Balancing this role while leading Nubuildz has allowed him to foster powerful connections and pursue ambitious community-focused goals.
In April 2024, Michael celebrated a joyful personal milestone by marrying his wife, Reshmi, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter both personally and professionally. Together, they share a vision of building a meaningful life rooted in love, growth, and community.
Today, Nubuildz.com continues to grow, and Michael remains a driving force behind its success. With renewed inspiration, he is focused on shaping Nubuildz into a true marketplace where home builders can showcase their projects and home buyers can confidently discover their next builder. His journey reflects a commitment to innovation, service, and connection—always with the goal of creating stronger communities and better homebuilding experiences.
